Our dedication to quality and service is backed by a commitment to customer satisfaction. Each individual order is checked and scanned for quality and accuracy. In addition, all orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit to your location from our manufacturing/distribution facility in Conyers, GA USA. In the unlikely event you do receive an incorrect order, contact our Customer Service Department within 5 business days of receipt at 800.448.7256.

• FREE Ground Shipping  – order $100 or more (shipping methods may vary depending on USA location including PR & VI)

• Flat rate Ground Shipping  – $5 for orders under $50, $7 shipping if $50 - $100 (shipping methods may vary depending on USA location including PR & VI))

• USA (all 50 states) Expedited Shipping (includes UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select) – billed at our discounted UPS rates

• Expedited Shipping is not available to PR or VI

• Outside USA (50 states plus PR & VI) - International shipping is available to most countries. Recipient is responsible for all taxes/duties/fees charged by your country-specific regulations. We do not know what required amount will be collected prior to release of the package for delivery. If payment is not made, your package will be unclaimed, package will not be returned to us and we will not issue any credits for unclaimed merchandise.
Note: Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
All international purchases from NEWTON are final.  

Seamless & Efficient Delivery of Orders Requires:
    Choose Commercial or Residential address shipping method.
    Choose shipping location by item only if multiple locations are required.
    Choose correct country in dropdown for international shipments, otherwise displayed rates will be inaccurate. If your shipping total does not exceed $20, the shipping calculation is inaccurate and we will contact you via e-mail prior to shipping your order. If your country (outside of US/PR/VI) is not listed in the dropdown of the address screen, please contact us for shipping costs.

NEWTON's philosophy is one of quality. We package in glass, hand-succuss, use certified organic raw materials and provide extensive educational support. To this point, with very few exceptions, NEWTON has historically not authorized on-line sales of its products unless it is an extension of a brick-and-mortar store which can offer this educational support.

We have noted sales of what is seemingly our product line on Amazon, eBay and other resellers. These products may or may not be authentic. Because we do not knowingly sell to resellers, these products may be spurious or obtained by improper means. These dealers will not have access to support from NEWTON Homeopathics. Think twice before you purchase a so-called discount NEWTON product on-line.

Go to your local health food store instead. They often have store- or NEWTON-sponsored discounts as well and, you can be assured of getting a legitimate NEWTON quality product. Go to our Store Locator to find a store near you. If there is not a store near you, join our NEWTON's Nugget program and order on-line from NEWTON with reward points for repeat customers.

The NEWTON PRO line for professionals is NEVER to be sold on-line. All PRO products are to be dispensed only by health professionals; it says so right on the bottle. NEWTON sells the PRO line only to persons after verification of credentials. PRO products are to be dispensed to clients/patients only after professional consultation. It is not uncommon for us to get phone calls from customers who have bought a PRO product on-line wanting us to be their doctor. We can’t. We are a manufacturer, we cannot be their practitioner, especially for a product that may or may not be our actual product.

Returns, Credits and Refunds
Customers who have purchased NEWTON products from a USA retail store location will be asked to return to that place of business to request a refund, replacement or store credit in accordance with their return policy.
NEWTON's 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased directly from NEWTON, call 800.448.7256 to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns must be pre-approved and the request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Credits issued will cover only the purchase price of the product less a 25% handling fee, and will not include any shipping charges incurred. Single remedies and custom-manufactured products are not eligible for credit.
Damaged or Lost Shipment
Damages incurred during transit must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery date, as determined by carrier records. All packaging material must be saved until a claim is completed with the carrier. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. Any such claim should be taken up with the carrier and is the responsibility of the customer.
Payments
Acceptable methods of payments (online, phone or mail) are by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards that are issued through United States institutions. Check payments are accepted for orders sent in by mail. A $30.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. These terms are subject to change without notice.
Privacy Policy
All phone numbers, billing/shipping addresses and e-mail addresses supplied are never used for any purpose other than to contact you (if necessary) about your order. We respect your privacy and never share this information except as needed to ensure timely delivery of your order.We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies or protect our or others’ rights, property or safety.
