Returns ~ Reimbursements
Customers who have purchased NEWTON homeopathics® products from a retail store location are asked to return to that place of business to request a refund, replacement, or store credit in accordance with their return policy.
NEWTON homeopathics® 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a product, you have purchased directly from NEWTON homeopathics®, call 800-448-7256 to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns must be pre-approved, and the request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Credits issued will cover only the purchase price of the product less a 25% handling fee and will not include any shipping charges incurred.
Not Eligible for Return
NEWTON homeopathics® PRO products, discontinued items, and single remedies are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Lost Shipment
Damages incurred during transit must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery date, as determined by carrier records. All packaging material must be saved until a claim is completed with the carrier. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. Any such claim should be taken up with the carrier and is the responsibility of the customer.
Payments
Acceptable methods of payments (online, phone, or mail) are by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards that are issued through United States institutions. Check payments are accepted for orders sent in by mail. A $30.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. These terms are subject to change without notice.
