Formulated for symptoms associated with colds and flu such as aches, discomfort, fatigue, respiratory dysfunction and digestive upset.
Directions: Ages 12 and up, take 6 drops or pellets by mouth (ages 0 to 11, give 3 drops or pellets) as needed or as directed by a health professional. Under age 2, crush/dissolve pellets in purified water. Sensitive persons begin with 1 drop or pellet and gradually increase to full dose.

According to the Materia Medica the following remedies in Flu Care may be administered for the following conditions:
Aconitum napellus: High fever; Chills; Hoarse dry croupy cough; Croup; Acute inflammation of throat with high fever, burning and stinging.
Aralia quinquefolia: Respiratory organs are affected; Drowsiness with headache; Debility; Vertigo, cloudiness, confusion, giddiness, and heaviness of the head.
Arsenicum album: Fevers; Influenza; Anxiety, exhaustion and restlessness with nightly aggravation; Glandular swellings.
Baptisia tinctoria: Indescribable sick feeling all over; Feeling of soreness, heaviness and aching of muscles is very marked.
Bryonia: Bursting, splitting headaches; Influenza; Lips parched, dry, cracked, dryness of mouth, tongue and throat with excessive thirst; Nausea, dizziness or faintness on rising up.
Cinchona officinalis: Dehydration; Influenza; Traumatic fever; Pains in limbs and joints.
Echinacea: Sore throat; Chilliness with nausea; Aching in limbs.
Eupatorium perfoliatum: Influenza with great soreness of muscles and bones; Fever; Thirst.
Gelsemium sempervirens: Colds; Aching, tiredness, heaviness, weakness and soreness especially in muscles of the limbs; Sneezing; Drowsiness with influenza; Pain from throat to ear.
Histaminum hydrochloricum: Headaches; Coughing fits; Nose blocked on one or both sides; General chills, shivering, alternating with feeling of heat.
Influenzinum: Law of similars; Fever; Headache; Weakness and fatigue; General ill feeling with chill, headache, diffused pain; Dry painful cough.
Ipecacuanha: Persistent nausea and vomiting; Eyes red, inflamed; Constriction in chest; Cough incessant and violent with every breath.
