- Returns, Credits and Refunds

Customers who have purchased NEWTON products from a retail store location will be asked to return to that place of business to request a refund, replacement or store credit in accordance with their return policy.
NEWTON's 30-Day Guarantee:If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased directly from NEWTON, call 800.448.7256 to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns must be pre-approved and the request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the RMA# has been issued, return the merchandise along with the original invoice to 2360 Rockaway Industrial Blvd. NW, Conyers, GA 30012. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, a credit will be applied to your account. This credit will cover only the purchase price of the product less a 25% handling fee, and will not include any shipping charges incurred. Single remedies and custom-manufactured products are not eligible for credit.
- Damaged or Lost Shipment

Damages incurred during transit must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery date, as determined by carrier records. All packaging material must be saved until a claim is completed with the carrier. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. Any such claim should be taken up with the carrier and is the responsibility of the customer.
- Payments
- Acceptable methods of payment are by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards that are issued through United States institutions. A $30.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. These terms are subject to change without notice.
