Why Choose NEWTON?
Expertise & Experience
The not-so-secret ingredient that places NEWTON above all others lies in the history and formulation of its complexes by world-renowned authority, Dr. Luc Chaltin. His nearly 50 years of clinical experience and research made him unparalleled in his ability to develop complex remedies. Choosing a blend of remedies among the thousands of potential combinations is an art that comes only from a passion and gift for healing, along with many years of study and experience. His legacy and expertise continue today through the dedicated and well-trained NEWTON staff.
Dr. Luc structured NEWTON Homeopathics around the philosophy of quality. NEWTON recycled and used organic before they were marketing tools. NEWTON was GREEN when green was just a color.
All raw materials and finished products are tested by a FDA-registered independent laboratory according to HPUS (Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States) guidelines (www.HPUS.com). NEWTON products are handmade by a staff of professionals according to approved homeopathic standards. People, not machines, make NEWTON remedies.
Dr. Luc was an advocate for the environment before NEWTON was established in 1987. In 1972, he wrote the first book in the Dutch language on organic gardening. He also hosted a radio show in his home country of Belgium on organic gardening.
NEWTON decreases its impact on the environment through minimal retail packaging which allows more product choices to be offered on less shelf space. Only biodegradable, recycled or recyclable materials are used in the shipping department. In addition, NEWTON extends its environmental awareness through an in-house recycling program and full-spectrum lighting.
Variety & Selection
NEWTON manufactures over-the-counter (OTC) and health professionals-only (PRO) single remedies and complexes; most are available in both liquid and pellet form. NEWTON offers over 100 OTC complexes and over 80 PRO complexes for adults, kids and pets.
Economical & Convenient
Homeopathy is much less expensive than other therapies and pharmaceutical drugs. Liquid homeopathics are exempt from carrying an expiration date. Compare labels carefully. NEWTON’s standard 3 to 6 drops or pellets dosage is lower than many other brands, making NEWTON more economical and convenient.
Easy to Use
When you consider the hundreds of single remedies available, it can be very confusing knowing where to begin. NEWTON has simplified the process by combining the most appropriate remedies for you. Complexes are named so that choosing the correct complex is easy. We believe complexes are the quickest, most efficient way to use homeopathics.
Historically, homeopathics have been made, preserved and packaged with a small amount of alcohol. The Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS) mandates that a preservative be used. NEWTON uses organic or wild-grown herbal tinctures, certified gluten-free, non-GMO, organic cane alcohol and certified gluten-free, non-GMO, organic beet-derived sucrose (lactose-free) pellets. If an alcohol-free remedy is preferred, place the drops in a small amount of warm water and let stand for 10 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
Packaged in Glass
Based on the knowledge that glass is inert and will not interact with homeopathy, NEWTON packages only in glass (excluding large-size veterinarian products and topicals). The FDA lists plastic containers as ‘indirect additives.’ Amber glass protects the homeopathics from light exposure.
Although NEWTON is unable to serve as your healthcare professional or give medical advice, the NEWTON's support personnel are available to assist with any questions pertaining to NEWTON's products.
Made in America ~ Family & Veteran-Owned
NEWTON has been based in the State of Georgia since its inception. A NEWTON catchphrase is “We imported the homeopath, instead of the homeopathy.” Belgium-born founder, Luc Chaltin, epitomized a hands-on business approach during his lifetime as owner of NEWTON. That philosophy continues as NEWTON remains family-owned with hands-on participation by its principals.
